Kobe Bryant is touring China for charity

A charity banquet was held yesterday night in Shanghai by the Kobe Bryant China Fund. The star-studded event has attracted many socialites, and celebrities from entertainment and sports circles to support the NBA superstar’s charity tour in China. The Kobe Bryant China Fund was launched by Kobe Bryant in 2009, by partnering with the Soong Ching Ling Foundation to “raise money for education, sports, and culture programs for children from China and the United States.” During the event, when the Los Angeles Laker appeared up wearing his London Olympic basketball gold metal, he received a wave of applause and cheers.
